Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations
1.1. Canada Only: We only ship to Canadian addresses.
Shipping Fees
2.1. Calculated at Checkout: All Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and provider selected.
2.2. Free Shipping: Orders over $300 qualify for Free Shipping.
Shipping Times
3.1. Canadian Orders: Please allow 2-10 business days for your item to arrive, as shipping times vary.
3.2. Remote Canadian Locations: Please allow additional time if your order is to a remote location with limited delivery service.
Processing Times
4.1. Regular Periods: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order.
4.2. Sale or Release Periods: Please allow additional time for processing your order.
Combining Orders
5.1. Multiple Orders: We do not combine multiple orders into one. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
5.2. Pre Orders, Back Orders, and In Stock: If an order contains items that are Pre Ordered or Back Ordered along with In Stock items, the entire shipment will not be processed until all items are ready.
Stolen, Lost, and Damaged Orders
6.1. Stolen Packages: Sumo Card Shop shall not be held liable for packages stolen from the
delivery address after delivery has been made.
6.2. Lost Packages: If an item is lost during transit every effort will be made to work with the shipping provider to locate and deliver the package. Sumo Card Shop shall not be held liable for lost packages.
6.3. Damaged Orders: If an order arrives damaged please follow our Refund and Return Policy for next steps.
Shipping Information
7.1. Address Match: The address on file for the payment method shall match the shipping address. Sumo Card Shop does not ship to an address other than the billing address.
7.2. Incorrect Information: Sumo Card Shop shall not be held liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, any resulting loss is the responsibility of the customer.
7.3. Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us for any reason, including refusal to take delivery, the customer has two options. Either refund the order excluding shipping and processing fees or reship the package for an additional shipping fee.
Oversized Orders and Special Circumstances
8.1. Additional Shipping Charges: In the event that there are additional shipping charges the customer will be contacted to arrange next steps.
8.2. Canceled Orders: Sumo Card Shop reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason. If this occurs a full refund will be provided to the payment method used.
Product Availability
9.1. Subject to Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. In the case that an item is not in stock/oversold when your order is placed we will contact the customer and remove the item from their order. If this occurs and the total falls below the threshold for free shipping we will ship the remaining items free of charge.
Changes to this Shipping Policy
10.1. We may update this policy from time to time without prior notice. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on our websites with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
