This “Refund and Return Policy” outlines our guidelines regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for purchases made through our online platform at SumoCardShop.com. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions outlined below.
General Policy
1.1. All sales are final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer changes their mind or for discretionary reasons. Before placing an order please ensure that the product and
quantity selected is correct.

Price Adjustments
3.1. Sale Periods: We do not offer price adjustments on products during sale periods. If our price drops before we process your item, we will offer a price adjustment in the form of store credit.
3.2. Price Matching: We do not offer price matching.
Cancellations
4.1. Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before we finish processing but are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Sealed Product
5.1. Imperfections: We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that present imperfections from shipping. This includes but is not limited to hole(s) in the wrap, partially torn wrap, scratches/creasing in the wrap, dents/creasing on the box. We inspect all products to make sure the contents themselves have not experienced any damage to them, and that any issues with the product are purely cosmetic. We make no guarantee that the product you receive will be free of any cosmetic imperfections. Product imperfections are a common occurrence as items are shipped from the manufactures, distributors, and suppliers.
5.2. Sealed Collections: For sealed collection items, contact us at support@sumocardshop.com before ordering. We’ll confirm product availability and guide you on placing an order.
Exceptions
6.1. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. To be eligible for this exception, please follow these steps: Notify us at support@sumocardshop.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
Provide photographic evidence of the damaged product, including any damaged packaging. Return the damaged product to us within 3 days of receiving our instructions. Important: Opening or unsealing your damaged product voids all claims, including returns, exchanges, replacements, and shipping claims.
6.2. Inspections: We reserve the right to inspect the returned product to verify the damage. If we determine that the damage was caused by factors other than shipping, this exception may not apply, and the return will be subject to our general policy.
6.3. Refund or Replacement: In the case of a damaged product eligible for a refund or replacement, we will provide the option to: Issue a refund to the original payment method for the purchase price of the damaged product. Ship a replacement product, subject to availability and agreement with the customer.
